Preferably if we had access to phone numbers and email addresses of each passenger included in the reservation, the travel planners that have assisted you, as well as emergency contacts that can be reached at any time.
As changes that may affect the travel, in general, may happen at any time, the importance of forwarding this information to you is crucial. (air trip cancellations, flight date, and time changes, etc.) Please, in case there is a possibility to add some other contact details that may ease the situation, do not hesitate to do so. (The additional contact information you can provide: alternate emails, foreign phone numbers you will use once you reach your destination, contact info of a family member that can reach you easier, trip planner, etc.)
