How do I receive a receipt / invoice that confirms my payment?

Please, note that we are sending receipts after the payment confirmation directly to the email address provided.

You will also receive an invoice from Hop2 in case you request it during the booking.

In case you observe that the money has been withdrawn from your card/account but you cannot find the invoice and receipt that confirm the purchase, please contact us as soon as possible to make sure we have your actual email. If you’d prefer to receive a personalized invoice, do not hesitate to consult regarding it with your Travel Advisor in the course of the booking.
