CANCELLATION BEFORE PAYMENT:

If your booking has not been ticketed yet, it can be canceled upon request.

In case you need a different flight, we are ready and eager (as ever) to dive right in and find just the right one for you. Otherwise, we hope to serve you in the future whenever it is time to travel again.

CANCELLATION AFTER PAYMENT:

In case your booking has, in fact, been ticketed already, it can still be canceled within 24 hours of the booking confirmation as long as the reservation was created at least one week before the scheduled departure. Tell us if you would like to explore alternate options and we will promptly research the best choices for the criteria you have in mind.

Most of the tickets we sell are non-refundable. In the rare instances when airlines grant exceptions, additional charges will apply. Our Customer Care Team will fully brief you on the details of your particular case.
