Please reach out to your airline directly. Hop2 does not have any access to air carrier baggage monitoring systems and has no jurisdiction to receive or operate luggage loss or damage reports on behalf of air carriers.
These types of cases may only be managed by an air carrier agent since luggage monitoring systems belong solely to their internal system of the operator.
Commonly, the best plan of action is to report the problem to the Lost Baggage service desk at the airport. Please note that you’ll most probably be asked to show your luggage return tags and share supplementary information depending on your case and the related set protocol.
If your checked baggage and/or bags were lost, be sure the contact data you have shared is valid and up-to-date, so that airport agents have valid contact data to reach you at, as well as a valid address to distribute your items to. If your luggage was damaged, examine your items thoroughly and report all the damages before you leave the airport (as you have the unquestionable proof right there with you).
