Hop2 has put together all its efforts to process bookings in the shortest time possible. Sometimes, in order to guarantee full conformity with our internal procedures as well as the carrier protocols, you may be requested to undergo some extra steps. Immediately after the processing completion, you will receive the flight confirmation and the e-ticket. Nevertheless, if you find no emails from Hop2 in the course of 3 hours after the payment, please contact your Travel Expert to make sure the system has your correct email address. |
