Please, go to the "Spam" folder in case you cannot find it in the other ones.
Typically, the confirmations are received by the passenger in the course of 3 hours from the moment the payment was proceeded. If you find no emails from our side during this time, do not hesitate to check the ‘Spam’ folder" of the email that was attached to the purchase. (Due to the high volume of sendings and different email algorithms some of our confirmations may be considered unsolicited by different mail providers, as a result they are sent to the wrong folder.)
In case this doesn't help, it's important to discuss with your Travel Expert and check the email together with him, perhaps a spelling mistake was made while entering the data.
