Hand baggage (also called carry-on baggage, cabin luggage, or hand baggage) is carried by travelers in the cabin of the plane and is put in the overhead bin or under the passenger’s seat.
Size, Weight, and Count
Though most airlines enable one cabin bag and a personal article (like a handbag or a notebook bag) guidelines differ from one air carrier to another, as well as for the same airline but different flights. The travelers must verify the baggage rules of the airline on their route.
Restricted items: Some items (like liquids, gels, sharp objects, etc.) are not permitted on the board of the airplane no matter the situation unless they match the specific terms in order to be transported by air. Please reference the respective policy of the air carrier and the airport included in your route.
In case you are not convinced whether the items you want to pack are permitted on the board, please contact the air carrier and consult the Transportation Security Administration (or TSA) – also you can go through this article “What Can I Bring?”.
Please, keep in mind that it is the responsibility of the traveler to make sure the items transported correspond with the airline’s policy.
