EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please make sure you insert the passengers’ full names precisely as written in the passport.
When writing the passengers’ names for your reservation, please write the full names specifically as they are written in the passport. (Please, be especially accurate when spelling names in order to prevent any unwanted issues on the airport)
International air travel requirements in effect strictly precisely command that passengers’ names in air reservations be written exactly as spelled in their passports.
You may be refused to enter the airplane if they aren’t. Correcting such issues is not always possible, and when it is it may result in extra fees.
Please remember:
a. In case you made some modifications to your name recently, and it is not shown yet in your passport, it is important to write your full name as it is in your passport!
b. If your passport reflects a double or triple first, middle or last name, please sort them all in the right order in the related input field on the purchase form.
Example:
F M L
Passport name: Siva Selva Kumar Srikrishnan Nadar
Enter as names as follows: First: Siva Selva
Middle: Kumar
Last: Srikrishnan Nadar
(Please, write your middle name(s) even if not generally used.)
c. In case you only have one name, please advise your Travel Expert consequently before booking your flight(s).
d. Please do not use entries such as “BLANK”, “NONE”, “N/A”, etc. in any of the name fields.
